## Product features
Return type's Large capacity, area, space Stocker
The double deck system brings back the box to stock the large quantity of parts in a small footprint
Infeed and discharge ports are in the same direction
By returning the flow of boxes, loading and unloading can be done at the same location, improving work efficiency.
#### Flexible specification changes are possible
Flexible specification changes can be made to match the boxes that customers have already used. No need to purchase new boxes, reducing the initial investment. In-house box management is also easy.
#### Supplies insoles to boxes
It can supply insoles to boxes to support products that cannot be stacked directly on top of each other or products with a specified packing format.
#### Work with dedicated palletizing robots
By incorporating a dedicated palletizing robot, it is possible to handle products that cannot be filled directly from the take-out robot.
#### Work with AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles)
It can also be linked with a AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicle) that automatically conveys boxes in which products are stocked.

Automation of conveyance processes to solve manpower shortage
The stocker automatically stocks molded products in cooperation with the robot.
Prevents counting errors and reduces setup time
The robot counts the products and puts them in the boxes, which can be delivered directly to the customer's site. This prevents counting errors by workers and reduces setup time.
Nighttime production becomes possible, increasing productivity by 2 to 3 times
The introduction of the stocker will allow long hours of operation without stopping molding at night, increasing productivity by 2 to 3 times.
It will be paid back in one year and will be profitable from the second year.
