Nipper adjuster tool

Screws for adjusting the position of nippers (no tools required)

Reduces setup time to one-third (compared to our company)

 

  • Easy to attach/detach the nipper, up/down position of the nipper, and fine adjustment of angle
  • The spring keeps the position when you release your hand. Adjustment with one hand improves efficiency of operation
  • Retightening can be done with a one-touch lever. When retightening with a hexagonal wrench, it does not slide out of position.

How to adjust the nipper position (A type and B type)

  • "Cam lever type lock function" makes it easy to adjust the position of nippers without using screws or tools.
  • Structure is not easily displaced because it is fixed when the lever is pushed down.
  • Lever can be locked and released with a single action, greatly shortening the setup time.
