Dramatically shorten the attachment and detachment time of material hoses!

  • Easy hose changeover without tools.
  • Contributes to shorter setup times.
  • When secured, the lock mechanism prevents the hose from coming off even if it is accidentally pulled.
  • The plug side (pipeless type) can be directly attached to the equipment (for Φ38 attachment).

Insert the socket side coupler into the plug side coupler.

Rotate the socket side coupler in the direction of the "LOCK" arrow.

Once the ▲ marks align, the lock will engage and prevent disconnection.

Dramatically shorten the attachment and detachment time
Quick connection and disconnection, taking only a few seconds per hose
You can easily attach and detach the hose by simply adjusting the angle by about 20 degrees while pushing the coupler into the material hose fixed to the flange. The detachment time per hose takes only a few seconds.
Reduce setup time with easy operation

Compared to traditional removal work using tools,setup time is significantly reduced.This also helps prevent tool drop accidents from elevated work on molding machines and ensures the safety of workers.

You can choose parts according to the mounting method and combine them.

  • The resin part can be damaged if subjected to impact due to falling, etc.
  • When inserting and removing, be careful not to pinch your fingers in the gap between the socket side coupler and the C-type stop ring.
