Nipper adjuster tool

Reduces setup time to one-third (compared to our company)

 

One-touch mechanism" is adopted for the wait nipper frame. This contributes to shorter setup time.

 

Mounting Completed in 30 seconds. Deviation in the θ direction is also supported.

 

An "angle adjustment mechanism" is adopted for the nipper frame, and installation can be completed in 30 seconds. The angle can be adjusted with the nipper frame to prevent "θ-directional misalignment" that occurs when the mold is placed.
(Adjustable within a maximum range of ±5°)
