Peripheral equipment communication (HAL-NET)

Linkage with HARMO "F Series peripheral equipment" is possible. Peripheral equipment can be centrally managed on the operation screen of the take-out robot.
Once saved, the robot and peripheral equipment can be linked by simply selecting the mold data of the molding machine. This contributes to improve productivity by preventing human errors and shortening setup time.

HRS-1400b

Monitors of linked peripheral equipment are listed on the controller screen. The operational status of peripheral equipment, including ON/OFF and temperature, can be checked on a single screen, which reduces setup time and prevents molding defects.
Monitoring, storing, and outputting of various data are also available.

Automation and manpower saving

Inspection

Automatic sorting of good and defective products is performed in combination with a camera.
This automated inspection, which previously had to be done by the human eye, allows for labor savings.

HARMO's "take-out robot x nipper device = automation" is useful to solve manpower shortage and realize 24-hour operation.

 

Case 1

A table type nipper manufacturer, which charges 3-5 million yen per unit, succeeded in dramatically reducing costs by using our servo wrist unit and wait nippers.

 

Case 2

A company that used to spend 400,000 yen per month for in-house workers to do gate cutting of 4 parts taken out by a swing-type robot from other company, realized automation by using HARMO's traverse running robot and waiting nippers. The entire cost of in-house work was reduced.
