Strength of our Gran Mixer

With our unique mechanism, we have been able to achieve a form similar to that of virgin material when cutting sprue or runner. It also reduces the amount of powder and the variance in weighing.

The amount of virgin material and recycled material to be mixed is automatically calculated by the controller (touch panel) and the possible mixing ratio is stored.

The structure of the mixing section also allows the necessary amount of virgin material to be mixed into the flow of recycled material on a regular basis.

Effective way to reduce material cost

For example, the 20% mixing ratio reduces the amount of virgin material to be used and allows us to offer products at the current unit price.

Why don't you reuse sprue or runner that have been discarded? If a mass of the sprue and runner is larger than the product mass, the effect can be clearly.

Please send us your sprues / runners (approximately for 30 shots) to Harmo. The Gran cutter has a worldwide reputation for quality such as uniform-size cut with few dust that are closed to virgin material.
