Penyesuaian gerakan pada robot yang menggunakan silinder udara diatur dengan penghenti mekanis (stopper). Untuk menyesuaikan gerakan vertikal robot swing tipe ini, robot dipasang dalam posisi tidak dapat diubah (fixed) pada mesin injeksi, dan stopper yang terletak 2,500mm dari lantai digerakan keatas dan ke bawah secara manual untuk mengatur posisi pegangan spool (spool grip position). ## Robot Harmo EXZII dapat mengatur dan mengingat proses penyesuaian langkah tersebut hanya dengan mengoperasikan pendant saja. ![No need for stroke adjustment（take-out robot）｜HARMO Co.、Ltd](https://eng.injection-molding.jp/hs-fs/hubfs/exz2_600f-773x1024-2.jpg?width=500&name=exz2_600f-773x1024-2.jpg) Robot dapat menyimpan memori sebanyak 50 mold. Alasan mengapa gerakan tersebut dapat disesuaikan dari pendant dan disimpan adalah karena penggerak yang digunakan untuk gerakan naik/turun, penarikan serta rotasi tidak lagi menggunakan silinder udara melainkan penggerak motor servo.　 ### Perbandingan antara robot swing dengan silinder udara dan robot swing berpenggerak servo #### Perbandingan antara robot swing dengan silinder udara dan robot swing berpenggerak servo 1. Penyesuaian gerakan robot dapat dilakukan melalui pendant. Tidak perlu naik keatas mesin, sehingga tidak beresiko terjatuh dari atas mesin. 2. Proses pengambilan lebih cepat. Mesin servo = 0,8 detik / silinder angin = 2,1 detik (kurang lebih) 3. Pengaturan gerakan dapat diatur secara terpisah, baik gerakan didalam mold atau pengambilan setelah rotasi. 4. Konsumsi udara yang rendah (digunakan untuk pegangan sprue-sprue grip) 5. Memori 50 cetakan. Gerakan dapat disimpan untuk setiap cetakan (mold), kecepatan dan waktu aktual tiap axis dapat disimpan. 6. Setelah memori dipilih pada pendant, pengoperasian otomatis dapat langsung dijalankan tanpa membutuhkan penyesuaian lagi. Seperti yang dapat anda lihat, mengganti robot tipe silinder udara dengan robot berpenggerak servo memiliki 6 keuntungan lebih banyak. Silahkan mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan penggantian robot.
